April 4, 2008 Baby Ruth?

This photo was taken at the Pin Chasers bowling alley on Armenia Ave. in Tampa. Now, don't get me wrong...I would much rather have an assortment of candy than an actual baby, but the stroller seems like an odd location for a concession stand.
